Hi there, I'm Kathy, founder of WorldLine and passionate advocate of engineering workplace engagement. Delivering productivity programmes at the turn of the Millennium I had no idea they would smash performance records and ignite such positive transformations!
At heart I know that giving people freedom to create happy, proactive environments to work in is paramount; I provide safe, enjoyable opportunities for this to happen on-site.

Another passion of mine is birds - notably birds of prey. They take part in many aspects of my world line. Tau is a peregrine, and Wol is a blind tawny owl (he's been with us since his roadside rescue in 2013).
Like humans, birds (and all other sentients) want to feel comfortable, safe and motivated to live happy and purposeful lives. Following a 2-year Diploma in 2004, aeons-worth of research study and practical application has enabled me to develop unique programmes with extraordinary results; people just love to experience instant changes from the information they gain. Quantum mechanics was a big part of my learning curve and holds a valuable place (lightly, mind you, without maths!!) in deliveries because it's important to know the truth about experiential reality and why we see things as we do.
