Hi there, I'm Kathy, founder of WorldLine, passionate advocate of engineering workplace engagement. When I began delivering empowerment programmes at the turn of the Millennium I had no idea they would break performance records and positively change so many company cultures. My own life takes its fair share of ups and tumbles but whatever my situation, in my heart I know that giving people the freedom to create positive, proactive environments to work in is paramount for me, and I do this by providing them with safe, sustainable opportunities.
With a uniquely developed Foundation Programme incorporating key elements of sub-atomic science relating directly to the human experience, I broke records in the Steel industry having 'made a difference to so many lives' as one happy client was moved to attest. In fostering sustainable continuous improvement I want to help you move on up, beyond the constraints of difficult pasts and into realms of excellence that everyone can take pride in.
Like humans, birds (and all other sentients) want to feel comfortable, loved and motivated. No living thing wants to live in fear. Another passion of mine is birds - most especially birds of prey. My falcon loves cuddles as does my owl.
Tau is a peregrine, hatched in captivity May 2024,
and tawny owl Wol is blind, rescued from the roadside (he's been with us for 14 years).
My experience spans 25 years of live facilitation, following a 2-year Diploma and a lot of research leading to development of unique programmes that broke records. Quantum mechanics was a big part of the learning curve and finds its way (lightly) into deliveries because it's fundamentally important to know the truth about how reality is constructed and why we see things as we do.
My mission is to positively charge lives and enable companies to elevate their level of success as a direct result.
